O R D E R

% 15.02.2019 Vide order passed on 18th August, 2017, as an interim measure, looking into the various aspects of the matter this court directed that the scheme for rehabilitation of the petitioner's Company is extended up to 31st March, 2022.

In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they shall be satisfied if this order is made absolute and the petition may be disposed of in terms thereof. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the order already passed by us on 18th August, 2017.
