Nominal Roll dated 05.09.2016 reveals that the petitioner was convicted under Sections 376/506/34 IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for ten years with fine `5,000/-. Nominal Roll further shows that he has already undergone seven years, nine months and three days incarceration besides remission for one year, ten months and fifteen days as on 03.09.2016. It further records that interim bail / furlough was availed by the petitioner for the period from 16.06.2016 to 01.07.2016.

It further records that two weeks furlough granted by DG(P) was not availed by him till date.

Considering these facts and circumstances of the case, no sufficient ground for grant of parole. The writ petition is dismissed. 3.

Copy of the order be sent to the Superintendent Jail for information.
