% 11.07.2019 In proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., trial court vide impugned order of 13th July, 2018 has granted maintenance of ₹4,500/- per month to respondents.

While entertaining this petition, notice was issued to respondents returnable for 27th February, 2019 but steps were not taken by petitioner's counsel. On the last date of hearing also, none had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Even today, none appears on behalf of petitioner on second call. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition.
