% 07.01.2015 The learned counsel for the parties inform us that there is a possibility of a settlement.

By virtue of the previous order passed by this Court on 16.12.2014, interim injunction had been granted and the Local Commissioner had been appointed for carrying out the commission.

We are informed that the commission had been carried out and the report is on record.

The counsel for the parties make a joint request that this appeal be disposed of by continuing the interim order so that the parties may attempt at a settlement before the learned Single Judge. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly. All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
