% 26.02.2018 In compliance of order dated 15.02.2018, Ms. Manpreet Kant, respondent has furnished Indemnity Bond dated 16.02.2018 wherein she undertakes to indemnify the appellant for the sum of Rs. 1.50 crore release to her, if any, adverse order is passed in quashing petition filed by Mr. Harreet Gill being CRM-M-8444 of 2016) pending in Punjab & Haryana High Court on account of any act or omission on her part and also further undertake to cooperate in the quashing of FIR No.243/02 dated 18.07.2002 registered in P.S. Barnala, Punjab including the abovementioned quashing proceedings pending in Punjab & Haryana High Court. In view of the Indemnity Bond furnished by Ms. Manpreet Kant, respondent is found to be in order and is hereby accepted. The Registry is directed to comply with the order dated 15.02.2018.
