% 16.03.2017 On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner had stopped giving him instructions for the last two years.

He had also submitted that he would issue a notice to the petitioner informing him that in case no instructions are received he would seek discharge from the brief. Today, learned counsel submits that notice dated 20th February, 2017 was issued to the petitioner through speed post but the envelope has been received back unserved. He further submits that he has also informed brother-in-law of the petitioner about the next date of hearing, however, petitioner has yet not contacted him.

For the reasons as detailed hereinabove, counsel for the petitioner is discharged from the brief.

Since no one appears for the petitioner, revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
