% 13.07.2015 Parties submit that the present proceedings are not maintainable due to decision of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.7400/2012 in Union of India vs. Maj.Gen.Srikant Sharma dated 11.03.2015. Counsel for the Petitioner, however, requests that the interim order granted by this Court on 22.12.2014 should be continued till the appropriate orders are sought by the Supreme Court. The interim order dated 22.12.2014 shall bind the parties for a period of 12 weeks.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in the above terms.
