% 27.01.2015 The matter is taken up today, as 23rc1 January, 2015 was declared as a holiday.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.2/20 13, under Sections 323/308/452/34 IPC, registered at P.S. New Usman Pur, Delhi. On the basis of the complaint made by respondent No.2, the aforesaid FIR was registered against the petitioners on 2x January, 2013. Another cross-FIR No.332/2014 dated 24th January, 2014 under Section 308 IPC was registered with the same police station on the complaint of petitioner No.1 against respondents No.2 to 4. x resolved their disputes by virtue of Compromise Deed dated October, 2014, original of which is placed on the record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the above said cross-FIR No.332/2014 has been quashed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur today itself in Cr1. M.C. No.282/2015. Thus, the said settlement is acted upon between the parties. All the petitioners as well as respondent No.2/complainant are present in Court who are duly identified by the JO of the case. Respondent No.2 has confirmed the settlement and he has no objection if the prayer made in the I petition is allowed.

I In view of the averments made in the petition as well as the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR No.2/2013, under Sections 323/308/452/34 IPC, registered at P.S. New Usman Pur, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the petitioners. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
