% 04.09.2018 Not satisfied with the Demarcation Report rendered in terms of order of 12th May, 2017 (Annexure P-8), petitioners had filed an appeal (Annexure P-2) in October, 2017.

The grievance of petitioners is that interim orders were sought in the appeal, but the said application is still pending without any interim orders. Attention of this Court is drawn to impugned order (Annexure P15), which reveals that the date of hearing was 26th July, 2018. Petitioners' counsel informs that the application seeking interim orders is coming up for hearing before the Appellate Authority today. Vide order (Annexure P-15), DDA has been impleaded as a party. Let respondent consider petitioner's application for interim relief expeditiously i.e. within a period of three months from today, so that petitioner does not suffer any irreparable loss. First respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its W.P.(C) 9264/2018

compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
