1. The present application has been filed by the appellants seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) To direct closure of the captioned Appeal in terms of order dated 29.0 1.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in in SLP (C) Nos. 10267-10268 of 2019; and (b) To give such further or other directions as may be deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the preset case."

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and, therefore, prays that as directed by the Apex Court on 29.01.2025, the present appeal may be disposed of by taking on record the 'Joint Memo' dated 27.01.2025, which had been filed with the application as 'Annexure B'.

4. The application is, accordingly, allowed by directing that the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo dated 27.01.2025 'Annexure B' to the application.

5. Needless to state, as already noted by the Apex Court in its order dated 29.01.2025the parties will remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid Joint Memo.

6. The application, accordingly, stands disposed of. EFA(OS) 16/2017

7. In view of the orders passed hereinabove, the next date fixed in the matter stands cancelled.
