W.P.(C) 8920/2016 Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer made in the writ petition is to the return of the goods seized by the officials of the NDMC. Mr. Harsha Peechara, learned counsel for the NDMC submits that in case any goods of the petitioner are still available, which have been seized and not returned to the petitioner, the same shall be returned to the petitioner in case the petitioner files the necessary application within one week and on payment of fine. In view of the stand taken, the writ petition is disposed of, as prayed by the counsel for the petitioner.
