% 23.03.2017 After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the parties agree that the impugned award to the limited extent that it pertains to the petitioner be set aside. They further agree that Justice Rekha Sharma (Retired) be appointed as the arbitrator to consider the disputes raised by the respondent against the petitioner.

With the consent of the parties, Justice Rekha Sharma (Retired) is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the arbitrator for fixing a schedule of hearing.

The petition and the application are disposed of. Order dasti.
