O R D E R

% 12.02.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties informed us that it has been agreed by and between them that the present appeals be disposed off with the following consent order:- 1.

The Guru Harkrishan Public Society shall disburse to the appellants the difference in terminal benefits on account of 6th Pay Commission in 24 equal monthly instalments. 1 (a) Out of the said 24 equal monthly instalments, 17 monthly instalments in the aggregate shall be paid to the appellants in 2 equal instalments viz. one instalment within a week from today i.e. on or before 20.02.2018, and the second instalment within 45 days from today i.e. on or before 31.03.2018.

1(b) The balance amount qua the terminal benefits on account of 6th Pay Commission shall be paid by Guru Harkrishan Public Society in 7 equal monthly instalments w.e.f 01.04.2018.

Further, the difference in arrears of salary on account of 6th Pay Commission shall be paid by Guru Harkrishan Public Society in 36 equal monthly instalments.

2 (a) Out of the said 36 equal monthly instalments, the aggregate of 17 monthly instalments shall be paid in 2 equal monthly instalments viz. one instalment within one week from today i.e. on or before 20.02.2018, and the second instalment within 45 days from today i.e. on or

before 31.03.2018.

2 (b) The balance arrears of salary on account of 6th Pay Commission shall be paid by Guru Harkrishan Public Society in 19 equal monthly instalments w.e.f. 01.04.2018.

Guru Harkrishan Public Society undertakes to pay Mrs. Tarwinder Kaur and Mrs. Sukhwinder Kaur Jolly their terminal benefits in terms of the 5th Pay Commission, if not already paid, within 15 days from today.

It is expressly agreed by the appellants that subject to Guru Harkrishan Public Society complying with their obligations under this agreement, they shall not claim any interest or any other dues which may be payable by the Management.

Learned counsels for the parties have signed this order in order to signify their approval to the said terms.

Appeals are disposed off in the above terms leaving the parties to abide by their obligations without demur.
