% 10.09.2018 After some arguments, Mr. Vijay Pal Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if the South Delhi Municipal Corporation does not take complete action for demolition, in relation to the subject property bearing No.1-D, Arjun Nagar, Village Humayun Pur, New Delhi-110029, which has already been booked by them for unauthorized construction.
