% 30.10.2017 In view of the order dated 05.02.2016 passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 33/2015, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar order be passed in the present case and the petition be disposed of.
In the circumstances, in view of the request letter dated 31.12.2015 written to the respondent no.2, the learned Sr. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the indemnity shall be furnished to the State Bank of India which would be of such nature that it would adequately cover the financial exposure/liability of the Libyan Bank also. Counsel for the parties confirms to the offer. Let such indemnity be furnished within four weeks from today.
The interim order dated 29.05.2017 is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of.
