% 16.08.2018 On instructions from Mr. R.C. Panwar, Director of the Petitioner Company, counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition as the possession of the property has already been handed over to him as per the order dated 24th March, 2018 passed by the Rent Controller, Jaisalmer. Ld.counsel for the Petitioner further submits that insofar as the outstanding rent amounts are concerned, the Petitioner has already filed a counter claim before the Rent Controller, Jaisalmer. Hence, he does not wish to press the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
