I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2016. He is a young boy aged around 19 years. The Investigation is complete. Co-accused Gajender has already been granted bail. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
