O R D E R

% 27.09.2018 The present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India essentially seeks a direction in the nature of a mandamus to the Directorate of Education to further direct the Principal/Director of Max Kids School, Phase I, Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi, respondent No. 1 herein, to grant admission to Master Ansh, S/o Shri Ajay Kumar, the petitioner herein, under the EWS/DG category in the Academic Year 2018-19.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Directorate of Education has handed over in Court today a copy of the

communication dated 26.09.2018 to the respondent No.

1, whereunder the latter has been directed to entertain admission of Master Ansh under the EWS/DG category.

In view of the foregoing communication, the relief prayed for, by learned counsel for the petitioner in this proceeding has been satisfied and he does not press this petition anymore. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
