% 09.01.2019 This Court vide order dated 10th December, 2018 had directed the learned Joint Registrar to draw up the terms of auction and to redraw the schedule of proclamation. The learned Joint Registrar vide order dated 07th January, 2019 has done so, which are approved.

With consent of learned counsel for the decree holder, it is clarified that the venue for auction shall be the suit properties itself. The Court Auctioneer shall be appointed by the Administrative Sub-Judge who shall determine his/her fees in accordance with the prevailing rates and practice.
