% 26.09.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.175/2016, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station-Jahangirpuri, Delhi. Learned proxy counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and the allegations as alleged in the FIR is false and baseless. He further submits that the petitioners have already joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered at the instance of the petitioners and the petitioners are not required for custodial investigation. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

However, the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer admits that the petitioners have joined the investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to further join the investigation and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail, on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer concerned.

The present bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
