The petition is disposed of with a direction to the North Delhi Municipal Corporation to carry out the construction in the subject Samadhi Wala Park, H-Block, Sector-18, Rohini, New Delhi, strictly in accordance with law and the building bye-laws. The pending application also stands disposed of.
