% 15.11.2018 The only grievance raised by counsel for petitioner is that the respondent has been permitted to lead Handwriting Expert's evidence after conclusion of complainant's evidence, to the prejudice of the complainant. Obviously, if Handwriting Expert's evidence is led by the respondent (accused), complainant would also have an opportunity to lead Handwriting Expert's evidence, in rebuttal.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that an appropriate application will be filed before the trial court in this regard after Handwriting Expert's evidence has been led by the respondent. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
