Crl.M.A.11915/2017 (extension of parole) in W.P.(CRL) 1604/2017 The petitioner has sought extension of parole which was granted to him by this court on 10.07.2017.

The petitioner was required for the purposes of Angiography of his wife and for the aforesaid purpose, he was released from jail for two weeks. It has been submitted that after Angiography, the wife of the petitioner was advised for Cholecystechomy (removal of gallbladder) operation which has been fixed for 11.08.2017. For the aforesaid purpose, the present extension of the parole has been sought.

Issue notice. Dr. M.P. Singh, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned ASC.

Let the statement made by the petitioner be verified and status report be filed on or before the next date.

The parole granted to the petitioner, till such time is extended. Re-list on 02.08.2017.
