Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has been instructed by the petitioners not to press the present petition but it should be observed that if a charge-sheet is filed and cognizance thereof is taken resulting in the petitioners being summoned to face trial, the petitioners would be entitled to question the summoning order based upon the charge-sheet and the material collected. 2.

Needless to state, a fresh cause of action shall accrue to the petitioners to challenge the summoning order if a charge-sheet is filed. 3.

Noting as above the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Crl.M.A.19595/2014 Dismissed as infructuous.
