The present application is filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 seeking release of the interest amount accumulated on the awarded amount that was deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court, which was directed to be invested in FDR. 2.

The Registry is directed to release the interest accrued on the amount that was deposited by the appellant, in favour of the applicants.
