% 29.01.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 150/2017, under Sections 25 Arms Act, 1959 registered at police station IGI Airport, New Delhi is sought on merits. During the pendency of this petition, charge-sheet has been filed before the trial court. It is stated that the matter is coming up for hearing before the trial court on the point of charge on 4th February, 2019. Since an alternate efficacious remedy is available to petitioner to seek discharge from the trial court, therefore, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extra ordinary inherent jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C.
