O R D E R

% 13.11.2018 This order may be read in continuation of our order dated 23.10.2018. Mr. Shukla submits that the petitioner has not been able to locate any scheme framed to cover cases which are not covered by the Scheme of 1993. He submits that the petitioner is not aware as to how the process undertaken in pursuance of the Judgment in K. Murigan V. Union of India in W.P. (C.) No. 20664/2011of the Madras High Court - in pursuance whereof communication dated 28.07.2015 was issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance has culminated. In these circumstances, in the light of material before us, we are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought in the original application.

However, we give liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal, in case, the petitioner is able to lay his hands upon any other scheme on the
