% 30.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, a Representation (Annexure P-8) was made on 29th August, 2018. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to it.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and applications with direction to respondent to decide petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-8) made on 29th August, 2018 within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Needless to say before any orders are passed by respondent, an opportunity of personal hearing be granted to petitioner or his Authorized Representative.
