W.P.(CRL) 2861/2016 Vide show cause notice dated 26th September, 2016, impugned in this writ petition, SDM has intimated the petitioner that he was running an illegal unauthorized mela on government land, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, resulting in public nuisance and pollution etc. Petitioner was directed to appear along with written submissions, property papers and photographs etc. before the SDM on 27th September, 2016 at 2:00 pm.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has

appeared before the SDM on 27th September, 2016 and has submitted written submissions, however, orders are awaited. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against the show cause notice dated 26th September, 2016.

Writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. However, learned SDM shall pass a reasoned order taking note of written submissions submitted on 27th September, 2016 within one week. Dasti.
