Mr. Kundu points out that the primary allegations in the petition are against respondent No.2 and the then Station House Officer of police station GTB Enclave. However, both respondent No. 2 and the then Station House Officer Mr. Chauhan have been moved out of the said police station. It appears that on account of the said transfers, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
