% 04.09.2018 Petitioner had filed an application (Annexure P-2 colly.) for rectification of the record in respect of the subject land on 15th February, 2018. The grievance of petitioner is that despite Reminder of 7th March, 2018 (Annexure P-3 colly.), the aforesaid application is still pending and no date of hearing has been intimated to petitioner. Despite service of advance notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2.

If petitioner's application (Annexure P-2 colly.) made on 15th February, 2018 is still pending, then it be decided by second respondent within a period of three months from today and the fate of said application be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. It is made clear that the date of hearing in the said application be intimated W.P.(C) 9288/2018

to petitioner, so that petitioner can ensure that there is due representation on his behalf before second respondent.

The concerned SDM be apprised of this order forthwith. With aforesaid direction, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
