% 10.09.2024 1.

Record shows that on the last date of hearing i.e., 08.04.2024 it was recorded that the petitioner has neither filed any rejoinder, nor the arguing counsel for the petitioner was present in the Court on the said date. In fact, learned proxy counsel, who had joined the proceedings through video conferencing was also not visible due to an apparent glitch at her end. However, in the interest of justice, this court had deferred the hearing and further time of six weeks by way of last opportunity was granted to the petitioner for filing of rejoinder affidavit. 2.

Despite the fact that last opportunity was granted to the petitioner, till date petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit. Moreover, today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
