% 08.10.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and prosecutrix were in a relationship.
After their relationship broke off, prosecutrix has lodged the present FIR. There is delay in lodging the FIR. The alleged incident is of 26.01.2017; whereas FIR has been lodged on 07.08.2018.
It is further submitted that prosecutrix was taken to Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. S.K. Hospital where she told the doctor on duty that she was in living with the petitioner for the last three years; petitioner had promised to marry her but subsequently backed out from his promise and refused to marry her. Petitioner is in custody for the past two months. It is prayed that petitioner may be admitted to bail. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstance of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the
sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
