% 25.10.2016 The status report filed is on record. From the same, it appears that on approval of the Commissioner of Police on 14.10.2016, orders have been passed thereby cancelling the earlier transfer of investigation in case FIR No.229/2015 date 03.10.2015 under Section 419/420/120B IPC registered at PS Parliament Street to PS Crime Branch. Accordingly, the case continues to be under investigation at PS Parliament Street, New Delhi. It is also pointed out that the charge sheet already stands filed against four accused persons, one is in judicial custody and the petitioner is not joining the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise any other grievance that he may have in relation to the subsequent order dated 14.10.2016. VIPIN SANGHI, J OCTOBER 25, 2016 sr
