The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordship may kindly be pleased to enquire into the willful disobedience of directions/orders dated 12-08-2015 passed by this Hon'ble Court and violation of Memorandum of Understanding dated 10-08 1008-2015 filed in four petitions under Arbitration and Conciliations Act, 1996 bearing O.M.P.(I) 44/2015,.......... committed by the contemnors/respondents and summon and try the Respondents for contempt of this Hon'ble Court as detailed herein above. Any other relief, which Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent." 3.
