% 21.07.2017 Crl.M.A.No.11535/2017 in CRL.M.C. 5734/2014 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 08.01.2016 to the extent of enlarging period from one week to 90 days for depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- in Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 08.01.2016, while quashing the FIR, this Court was pleased to direct the petitioner to deposit cost of Rs.25,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within one week. However, the petitioner could deposit the said amount of Rs.25,000/- only on 02.04.2016 and apparently there is delay on the part of the petitioner to deposit the said amount. Counsel accordingly prays that the order dated 08.01.2016 may be modified

to the extent that the time for depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/- may be extended from one week to 90 days.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made in the application is allowed, as the same is formal in nature, inasmuch as the cost of Rs.25,000/- as directed by the Court has already been deposited by the petitioner.

Application stands disposed of.
