% 07.02.2017 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only the prayer for police protection is being pressed by the petitioner in the present petition.
Petitioner contends that she apprehends danger to her life and property from the respondent nos. 3 to 5 and may be provided police protection.
Respondent nos. 3 to 5 are present in the court today with their counsel and have been identified by the IO SI Amit Verma, PS Gokulpuri.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5 that these respondents have never extended any threat to the petitioner nor do they have any intention to cause any harm to her. Learned ASC for the State submits that telephone number of
the SHO, PS Gokulpuri has been provided to the petitioner to whom she may contact in case she receives any threat from the respondents. In view of the statement of respondent nos. 3 to 5, made through their lawyer, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of as withdrawn. A.K.
