Learned counsel appearing for the Delhi Development Authority states that he has been informed telephonically that the amount required to be paid by the petitioner is Rs.1,60,613/-. 2.

Dr. Amit George, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to pay the said amount within a period of three weeks from today.

Needless to say, this would be subject to the petitioner complying with all other formalities required for conversion of property to freehold.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the property of the petitioner located at B-2/18, Ashok Vihar, Phase-II, Delhi -110052 would be converted to freehold within three weeks of payment of the said amount.

In view thereof nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition which is disposed of as such.

No orders as to costs.
