Ms. Nandita Rao, learned ASC, submits that FIR No.287/2016 under Sections 498A/406/420/34 IPC, P.S. Jagat Puri already stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2016 in W.P (CRL) No.3542/2016, copy of the order is placed on the record.

The petitioner or his counsel has not appeared even on the last date of hearing.

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: - (a) a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ directing thereby the respondent no.-1, 2 and 3 to ensure the protection of fundamental rights of the petitioner to live a lawful life with dignity with his family.

(b) a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ directing thereby the respondents to stop the criminal victimization of

the petitioner and also to ensure the protection of the life and the property of the petitioner and his family.

Since, the FIR in question has already been quashed. This petition has become infructuous. The petition stands disposed of. VINOD GOEL, J.
