% 26.05.2017 The prayer for release on parole is on the ground the wife of the petitioner is expecting to deliver a child on or about 11.06.2017. The request of the petitioner for release on parole on such ground as submitted to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 04.05.2017 is pending consideration. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State appearing for the State submits decision on the said request would be taken well in time. It is directed that the decision shall be taken on or before 09.06.2017 and immediately communicated to the petitioner in jail. The counsel for the petitioner does not press for any further directions in these proceedings. The petition along with accompanying application stands disposed of accordingly.
