The report of the Counsellor has been received. Let the copy of the same be furnished by the registry to the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties be referred to mediation to enable them to resolve their disputes. 3.

There is no infirmity in the impugned order dated 11th April, 2017 and therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Family Court for modification of the order, if any occasion arises. However, the parties are being referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall appoint a senior mediator to mediate between the parties. The parties shall place the Counsellor's report dated 3rd July, 2017 before the learned mediator.

The parties shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 25th August, 2017 at 4 PM. 5.

The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall send its report directly to the Family Court.

Trial court record be returned back.

Pending applications are disposed of.

8.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
