The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:
"(a) pass a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent No.3 i.e. Deputy Commissioner (North) at Alipur, Delhi to decide the representation dated 30.09.2015 filed by the petitioner;
(b) pass a writ of prohibition or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent no.5 i.e. TPDDL not to disconnect the electricity connection bearing CA No.60005274109 installed in the premises of the petitioner i.e. at Khasra No.13/18/2, Village Tajpur Kalan, New Delhi-110036;"

The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 has handed over a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 13.06.2017 at 3:30 pm, whereby the prayer made by the petitioner to continue to use the borewell was considered, and rejected. A copy of the said Minutes has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this view, the prayer made by the petitioner for its representation to be considered, does not survive.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the decision of the District Advisory Committee for Ground Water, Regulation and Management dated 13.06.2017. He, however, requests that the interim order passed in this petition be continued for a further period of three weeks. 6.
The petition and all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is clarified that the interim order, if any, shall continue for a further period of three weeks from today. 7.
