Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Order on Charge dated 22.11.2016 passed by learned ASJ/Special Ju4gd (PC Act) (CBI-3), South, Saket Court, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that evidence of two public witnesses have already been recorded and only formal witnesses are left. 3.

Learned APP for the State submits that two material witnesses have essentially supported the charges framed in this case. 4.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present Petition with liberty to raise his contentions before the learned Trial Court.

In view of submissions made, present Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
