% 08.07.2017 The impugned dishonoured cheque is of Rs.5 lakhs. The respondent/accused in the complaint case No.1028/1 was acquitted vide judgment dated 13.11.2014 of learned MM South-01, NI Act, Saket Court, New Delhi. The appeal against said judgment was admitted vide an order dated 23rd may, 2017 as Crl.A.587/2017. During the course of negotiations, the matter is now settled between the parties and the respondent had agreed to pay Rs.5 lakhs to the appellant, in five instalments of Rs.1 lakh each, the first of which shall be payable on 8th September, 2017; second on 8th November,

2017; third on 8th June, 2018; fourth on 8th March, 2018 and fifth on 8th May, 2018. In case of default, the entire amount in any event shall be payable within 12 months from today. Nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
