HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO

O R D E R

% 24.11.2016 Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal. The material available on record, in fact, shows that the petitioner/appellant herein was merely directed to produce the required chain of papers of the property in question.

In case the appellant furnishes the said documents, the respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
