No. 29355/2017 (seeking condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the Review Petition) and Review Petition 325/2017 Issue notice. Counsel for respondents accepts notice. Reply be filed be filed three days. No further time shall be granted. In the meantime, the respondent no.1 and the Committee appointed by us shall strictly comply with the order dated 29th May, 2017. Since the appellant informs that time is too short for holding the Senior National Championship, which is slated to begin on 19th September, 2017 and is being hosted by Tamil Nadu Association, the holding of the said

event should be postponed sufficiently so that the Railway Concession and Prospectus can be issued sufficiently in advance by the appellant to all concerned.

The Committee appointed by us shall take a decision in this regard within a week.
