% 15.04.2015 Since 14th April, 2015 was declared holiday, matter is taken up today. Petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of one month for making financial arrangement for his wife and two minor school going children, who are stated to be suffering from severe financial hardship. Petitioner intends to sell his share in the ancestral property. State has verified the factum of existence of ancestral land and regarding his share in the property. Brothers of the petitioner have no objection if petitioner sells his share. Petitioner is in judicial custody in a case under Section 302 IPC. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to

his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. During the interim bail period, petitioner shall report to Station House Officer, P.S. Samaipur Badli once a week on Mondays. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
