CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR

O R D E R

% 03.10.2018 In view of the order dated 8th August, 2018, figuring at page 20 of the paper book, passed by the Deputy Commissioner (BM) in the Ministry of Water Resources, the prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied. However, the petitioner, appearing in person, submits that the respondents are not acting on the basis of the said order, in view of the pendency of these proceedings.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous on the ground that the prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied by the order dated 8th August, 2018 (supra). The respondents are directed to disburse all benefits, which would accrue to the petitioner, as a result of the said order within a period of eight weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. C.HARI SHANKAR, J OCTOBER 03, 2018/mk
