CRL.M.C. 2247/2017 Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's main grievance is that an application filed by the petitioner under Section 127(3)(a) Cr.P.C., which was filed on 9.5.2016 for recalling of the interim order dated 11.3.2015, is not getting disposed off by the concerned Family Court.

In his submissions, Had the trial court decided the said application, the impugned order may not survive. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed off with the directions that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 127(3)(a) Cr.P.C. be disposed off at the

earliest, preferably, within three months from today. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
