This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the orders dated 10.04.2017 issued by the respondent No.1 to the respondent No. 2 2.

The orders dated 10.04.2017 reads as under:

which challenged the shifting of the site of Mirambika Free Progress School. 4.

The said petition has been disposed of as infructuous vide order passed today. Hence, to my mind, the grounds for the order dated 10.04.2017 does not survive.

The petitioner will be at liberty to revive its earlier pending application and/or file afresh in this view of the matter. 6.
